
Chef Jorge Leon came to the states
from Costa Rica in the late 1980's. His culinary vision started
in New Jersey, where he started working with his brother an
executive chef at a restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey. Together
they participated in culinary events in the New York area, winning
numerous awards.
On vacation to the Tampa Bay area years later,
he realized how nice the area was and decided to move to Florida.
He landed a job as an executive chef in John's Pass, Madeira
Beach. Jorge has appeared on a television show and is a well-known
chef who puts passion and love into the ingredients and food
he shares with his guests.
After 10 years in Florida he followed his dream
of opening his own restaurant. Chef Jorge meticulously has chosen
the menu for Jorge's Seafood Grille and prepares all food from
his own recipes. He provides the finest quality in food and
service and the enjoyment to each and every guest that dines
at Jorge's Seafood Grille.
